By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that: (a) You are at least 13 years of age; (b) You have not been previously suspended or removed from the Service; (c) Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

To purchase certain Products or access specific features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date. Pricing: MEME-LEGENDS reserves the right to determine pricing for all Products. Prices are subject to change without notice. Authorization: Payments are handled via Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge all sums for the orders you place, including shipping fees and applicable taxes. Currency: All fees are processed in [U.S. Dollars] unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Because our products are made-to-order through Printify: Fulfillment: Production times vary. Shipping estimates provided at checkout are not guaranteed delivery dates. Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the user.

Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product with a printing error, manufacturing defect, or visible quality issue, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement. Because all items are made-to-order, general returns are not accepted. Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind (“buyer’s remorse”). Process: To report a quality issue, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@meme-legends.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use (shopping). Ownership: All visual interfaces, graphics, designs (including meme art), code, and products ("Materials") are the property of MEME-LEGENDS or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our designs without express written permission. Feedback: Any suggestions or ideas sent to us regarding the Service or new meme designs may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

By using the Service, you agree NOT to: Use the Service for any illegal purpose. Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of MEME-LEGENDS or others. Attempt to bypass security features or interfere with the website’s operation. Engage in fraudulent activity, including identity theft or false payment claims.

Our store is integrated with Printify and Stripe. While we facilitate these services, you acknowledge that MEME-LEGENDS does not directly control their internal operations. We are not liable for technical outages or service failures originating from these third-party platforms.

THE SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND ON AN “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. MEME-LEGENDS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEME-LEGENDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR PURCHASED PRODUCTS.
